SDC offers professional civil engineering services through an experienced and detail oriented engineering department working with a 'Team' philosophy.  Our civil design group have strong and diversified backgrounds in the areas of land development, subdivision and construction phase services.  SDC assists Clients with  constantly evolving regulatory approvals, which can often spell the success or failure of a land development project.

We've worked on Projects in a variety of formats, from serving as a sole consultant on small subdivisions, to participating as a member of a large group of consultants and contractors on sizable design-build projects.  Regardless of the project variety or size, our Staff focuses on communication in striving to establish a mutual trust with our Clients, which forms the basis for successful relationships.
