Civil Engineer/EIT/Designer
Position summary: Civil Engineer/EIT Designer responsibilities include, land planning, utility design, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, preparation and review of plans and specifications. A Bachelor of Science degree with at least three years of work experience in land planning and design, and a working knowledge of AutoCad Land Desktop 2004 or later, Microsoft Office, and stormwater related software is preferred, but not required. Design team management is beneficial.

Professional Land Surveyor/Survey Crew Chief
Position summary: PLS/SIT must be capable of performing boundary determination, topographic surveys, and construction stakeout. Must be proficient with robotic total stations, GPS equipment and experienced in AutoCad Land Desktop 2004 or later and Microsoft Office.

Landscape Architect/Designers
Position summary: Project experience required for the Landscape Architect include land planning and development, site analysis, preparation and review of plans, and landscape planting design. Pennsylvania license registration and/or a degree (BSLA or MLA) in Landscape Architecture with 3-5 years experience is beneficial, but not required. Design team management is beneficial.

Draftsman
Position summary: This position requires excellent skills with AutoCad Land Desktop 2004 or later, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Experience with subdivision, land development and/or surveying is preferred.
